Brown penne with Parmesan shavings, grilled flank steak and rocket salad

Ingredients
- 100g brown penne (Misura)
- 80g Parmesan shavings
- 400g beef flank steak
- Bunch rocket
- Garlic oil
- 12 roasted almonds (Lamb Brand)
- 10 orange segments
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary
Method
On a griddle pan grill the steak to medium and place on a chopping board, cut in thin slices and mix with the cooked pasta, add the rocket leaves, crushed almonds, orange segments, parmesan shavings and drizzle with garlic oil.
