Brie and cranberry stuffed cumberland sausages

Ingredients

1 packet x 6 Cumberland sausages (SPA)
3 tbsp cranberry jam (Mackays)
1 round Brie wheel (Emborg)
1 packet thin pancetta

Method

Start this recipe by making a slit all the way across one side of the raw sausages. Open up and fill with a little cranberry jam. Cut the Brie into thin slices and use it to stuff the sausages. Press tight and wrap up completely with the thin pancetta. Place into a frying pan and brown, then place onto a baking tray and finish off in the oven
