Beef and lamb wraps on cumin scented couscous
Ingredients
- 2 lamb fillets
- ½ red onion
- 100g ragu (Star)
- 50ml fresh cream (Benna)
- 2 wraps
- ½ squezed lemon
- 1 tbs chopped chives
- 1 cup cous-cous
- ½ red pepper chopped
- ¼ leek
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbs sweet paprika
- 1 cup chicken stock (Star)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Method
Cut the lamb fillets in 6 pieces and red onions in thin slices and saute in a preheated pan until lamb is medium cooked, add the ragu mix well and fill wrap. Squezee the lemon and mix with the cream and chives, allow to rest in fridge. Cut the peppers, leeks and cook in some oil and listed spices until browned, add stock and bring to the boil. In a bowl add the olive oil to the cous-cous and mix well. Add the hot stock and mix again, cover and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
