Gluten-free waffle with asparagus, smoked ham and poached egg

Ingredients

  • 4 trimmed stems asparagus
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 large slice smoked ham
  • 1 egg (Le Naturelle)
  • 1 gluten-free waffle (Schar)

Method

Start by blanching the asparagus in hot water and season well with salt and pepper. Warm the waffle and top with the asparagus. Arrange over the smoked ham.
