Apple sorbet
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 red apples
- 150g sugar
- 400ml water
- Pinch of salt
Method
Core and skin the apples. Put the sugar, water and salt in a small pan and bring to boil, and take off the heat. Pass through a food processor with the apples until smooth. Let cool and freeze for 12-16 hrs. Once frozen, pass again through a food processor.
