Valentines red velvet Heart pops

Ingredients

  • 400g red velvet cake, crumbled
  • 25g white chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp. liqueur or choice
  • 200g cream cheese (Galbani)
  • 300g dark chocolate (Novi)
  • You will also need pink and red sprinkles and edible glitter to decorate

Method

Place the crumbled cake, chocolate chips, liqueur and cream cheese into a bowl and mix together to form a soft dough which holds together well. Press into the popsicle forms, stick in a lollipop stick into each popsicle and freeze for 1 hour. When ready, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and dip in the popsicles, covering about 1cm of the stick also and shaking off any extra chocolate. Allow the chocolate to set, then decorate with extra piped chocolate, sprinkles and edible glitter.
