Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • White and Dark chocolate
  • Selection of toasted nuts like pistachios, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts
  • Selection of dried fruits like cranberries, apricots, figs (diced)

Method

This recipe is extremely east to prepare. All you need to do is melt your chocolate and pour it into a baking tray lined with non stick paper. You may mix together with and dark chocolate to create a nice design. Immediately, sprinkle over the dried fruits and nuts of your choice and allow to set completely before breaking up into small uneven pieces.

  • Għażla ta’ lewż inkaljat bħal pistaċċi, lewż, ġewż u ġellewż
  • Għażla ta’ frott niexef bħal cranberries, berquq, tin (imqatta’)

Method

Din hi riċetta ħafifa ħafna. Kulma trid tagħmel hu li tħoll iċ-ċikkulata u tferrixha fuq tilar miksi b’karta li ma twaħħalx. Tista’ tħallat iċ-ċikkulata l-bajda mal-iskura biex toħloq disinn sabiħ. Dak il-ħin stess, ferrex il-frott u l-lewż niexef u ħalliha tagħqad tajjeb qabel ma taqsamha f’biċċiet ta’ daqsijiet differenti.
