Greek salad served in wine glasses

Ingredients
- Handful mixed salad leaves
- 12 black olives
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 2 pinches of oregano
- 150g feta cheese
- Olive oil
- Fresh seasoning
- Bread sticks to garnish
Method
Wash the leaves and rucola properly and leave to drain. Cut the cherry tomatoes and feta cheese in quarters drizzle with olive oil and fresh seasoning. In a wine glass start by putting the leaves and rucola continue by adding the olives, tomatoes, feta cheese, sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with olive oil. Garnish with bread sticks.
