Pork fillet with spicy mango chutney (Gluten-free)

Ingredients
- 1 whole pork fillet, cut in half
- 2 tbsp spicy mango chutney
- 300ml Marsala jus
Method
Place 2 large pieces of cling film onto a work surface and place a piece of pork fillet on each piece. Spread generously with the spicy mango chutney and carefully wrap up in the cling film, sealing the pork fillet completely. Place the pork fillet parcels in a pan of boiling water for 30 minutes till cooked through. To serve, remove the cooked pork fillets from the cling film, slice up and serve with the delicious Marsala jus.
