Baked sea bass fillets with pasta and Parma ham

Ingredients

  • 2 sea bass, filleted
  • 1 packet low carb spaghetti (Slim Pasta)
  • Handful of peeled shrimps
  • 1 tbsp chopped black olives (Camel Brand)
  • Chopped parsley and mint
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Aubergine sliced and grilled
  • 1 jar pasatta rustica (Cirio)
  • Fresh basil
  • rosemary
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh mozzarella (Benna)
  • 1 orange, segmented

Method

Drain the slim pasta and mix with the shrimps, olives, herbs and parmesan. Divide the pasta between 2 fillets and cover with the second fillet. Wrap with Parma ham and orange segments, bake with a drizzle of olive oil and rosemary springs. Prepare with a parmegiana with the aubergines, tomatoes, basil, mozzarella and Parmesan.
