Ragu filled jacket potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 large Potatoes
  • 1 can Gran Ragu (Star)
  • 100 g smoked cheese cut into cubes
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Wrap the potatoes in aluminium foil and bake in a hot oven until soft. Allow cooling. Remove potatoes from the foil and cut a slit at the top. Scoop out the soft flesh into a mixing bowl, crush but do not mash. Season with salt and pepper, gently fold in the ragu and cheese. Fill up the potatoes with the obtained mixture. Wrap a piece of foil around the bottom of the potatoes and place on a barbecue to heat up and melt the cheese.
