Honey and soy bbq pork ribs

Ingredients

1 Small rack pork ribs
1 tbsp Chinese 5 spice
Salt and pepper to season
½ Jar honey and soy bbq  sauce (Santa maria)
1 tbsp Minced garlic (Tiger tiger)
1 tbsp Chopped fresh coriander
Sliced spring onions for serving

Method

Season the rib rack well with salt and pepper and rub in the Chinese 5 spice. Allow to marinate overnight before roasting for 1 hour in the oven or BBQ wrapped in foil. Next, cut up into individual ribs. Mix together the soy and honey BBQ sauce, along with the garlic and brush all over the ribs. Place onto a baking tray and continue to cook on the BBQ or oven for 15 minutes. Brush again with any remaining sauce and cook for a further 15-20 minutes. Serve decorated with chopped coriander and sliced spring onions.
